Independent living is affordable housing for Manitobans aged 55 plus whose annual income is at or below the Housing Income Limits established by Manitoba Family Services and Housing.  We manage two facilities that you can choose between, Fred Douglas Apartments and Fred Douglas Courts.

The Courts offer fully renovated studio and one and two bedroom apartments. The building is attached to the personal care home.
